It's still all about partnerships!

The E-learning Innovations Program is about integrating e-learning in registered training organisations, across industries, in enterprises, and within organisations working with specific learner groups.

Last year, the first year of the Program, the focus was on embedding e-learning as part of everyday business and partnerships. Well, the story is still the same. At the heart of a successful project is a well developed partnership between the registered training organisation and their client or clients. The characteristics of a good partnership are mutual respect, excellent communication and thorough understanding of client needs.

This was demonstrated in the 2008 projects. A DVD is available, on request, that captures the essence of the eleven projects. This may be of assistance to 2009 applicants when you are developing your project proposal. Meeting an obvious client need by the use of e-learning, accompanied by strong business benefit, was another essential element of successful projects in 2008. Stories from the Tasmanian projects can be found at the Program Blog.

If you have any questions about the application process, or would like to discuss a project idea, please contact the Innovations Coordinator, Fiona Huskinson.
