2009 successful Victorian E-learning Innovations projects

Registered training organisations in Victoria were invited to apply for funding to implement innovative e-learning solutions for business and learners.

Victoria receives $1.1m for E-learning Innovations

The national training system's e-learning strategy, the Australian Flexible Learning Framework (Framework), has announced funding of $1,113,900 for the development, support and management of E-learning Innovations projects in Victoria.

Registered training organisations (RTOs) in Victoria can apply for funding of between $10,000 and $50,000 each to develop innovative e-learning solutions.

RTOs are invited to apply for funding to undertake projects that will develop strategic solutions tailored to meet local education and training priorities.

Funding will be awarded to projects that focus on:

  • business-training provider partnerships driving the integration of e-learning into business and training; or
  • empowering individual learners through stimulating demand, providing greater choice and responding to the needs of disadvantaged learners.

Applications for Victorian E-learning Innovations funding close on 5 March with successful candidates notified from 27 March.
