When you send an enquiry to enquiries@flexiblelearning.net.au, or use one of the Ask Us forms on our website:
- Your enquiry is sent to the National Communication Project, who is responsible for managing the Australian Flexible Learning
Framework's general enquiries service.
- Your enquiry will be responded to as quickly as possible and will be acknowledged by the close of business the next working
day. In some cases, your enquiry may need to be answered by a third party. If this is the case, your enquiry will be forwarded
to them for their action and, wherever possible, you will be notified of this action. We cannot guarantee response times of
third parties, so encourage you to get back in touch with us if you have not received a response within three to five working
days. Do not hesitate to contact us a second time if your enquiry is urgent and we will follow up on the enquiry on your behalf.
