Booking an ElluminateLive! session

If you are a past or currently funded E-learning Networks (Networks) project facilitator you are welcome to use the ElluminateLive! software for your networking / meetings.  

To book a session you will need to:

• Check the availability of the Elluminate room in the calendar below
• Fill in all the fields of the booking request form below
• Submit your request

Note: times specified on the booking request form are in AEDST (Sydney time).  There is a limit of 25seats per session!

You will be emailed of your booking details within 48 hours of your request depending on the availability.  If you require further information please contact the project team: 02 6207 3262.

System Check
To participate in an Elluminate session your computer will need to be configured to run an Elluminate Live! software.  To download Elluminate and to configure your computer click the 'Configuration Room' and follow the instructions.  Accessing ElluminateLive! is an easy task which takes between 5 and 20 minutes depending on your Internet connection.

You will also need speakers and a microphone.
